Carolina was born in Mexico City, and arrived in Chicago, Illinois, in 1989. After high school graduation, she began working at a dental lab where she met her husband. They soon married and became parents to four beautiful children.
In 2006, the family moved to Austin, Texas, for a better life and better education for the children. In 2017, Carolina became a grandmother to the sweetest baby boy, and it has been one of the best moments of her life. She loves spending time with her family, cooking delicious food, and having conversations that can last for hours.
