Agent Referral Program

If you represent an owner who needs the house managed after closing, or a client who should not self-manage from another state, refer them. We run leasing, screening, rent, maintenance, and reporting. You stay the agent's agent. We do not solicit the sale away from you.

A referral fee is paid when the owner signs management and the terms we agreed with you are met. The amount is confirmed with you before you send the introduction. We will not publish a number here that might not match your referral.

Send the introduction with the form. Include your brokerage and the property address if you have it. Loran or Jessica will reply to you and to the owner.
