Privacy Policy

512-Society Property Management, 1 Chisholm Trail Rd Ste 450, Round Rock, TX 78681, collects information you send us so we can answer you and, if we are hired, manage a property. This policy describes that. It is not a contract.

What we collect

• Name, email, phone, and the message you type into a form
• Property details you include in a rental analysis, such as address, beds, baths, and timing
• Whether you checked the optional text-message box
• Basic technical data the host and analytics tools collect, such as pages visited, if those tools are enabled

Forms and chat

When you use our website chat or forms, we collect the information you provide and the chat transcript, which is processed by our service providers (including an AI assistant and email provider) to respond to your inquiry and is shared with our team. We do not sell your information. Contact us to request deletion.

Chat transcripts, when that feature is on, are emailed to Loran Duncan and Jessica Duncan. We do not ask you to send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or bank login details through the website. Do not put them in a form.

Who sees it

Inquiries and website chat transcripts are sent to loran@512-society.com and jessica@512-society.com. Service providers that process email, text alerts to our staff, or website hosting see only what they need to deliver that service. Resident applications and owner statements are handled in AppFolio under that system's terms.

How long and how to ask

We keep inquiry emails as ordinary business mail. To ask for a copy or deletion of information you sent through the site, email jessica@512-society.com or write the office. We may keep what we need for a legal, accounting, or fair-housing record.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or text opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We do not text you about an inquiry unless you checked the consent box. Text alerts about a new inquiry go to our staff. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
