These terms cover use of the 512-society.com website operated by 512-society, Property Management, LLC, 1 Chisholm Trail Rd Ste 450, Round Rock, TX 78681. Using the site means you agree to them. They are not a property management agreement.

Text alerts

When someone submits a form or the website chat, 512-Society sends a text to its staff, Loran Duncan and Jessica Duncan, with the person's name, phone number, and property address so they can call back. Those two people gave their mobile numbers and agreed to receive these work alerts. Website visitors, owners, and residents are not texted.

Message frequency varies with the number of inquiries. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call (512) 990-3551. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of hiring 512-Society. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

The website

Information on the site is general. Fees, availability, and rental estimates are confirmed by Loran or Jessica for a specific property. Do not send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or bank login details through a form or the chat.
