Collecting Rent For Your Investment

Rent is paid online through AppFolio. Late notices follow the lease and Texas law. We do not invent a grace period in a text message, and we do not ignore one the lease already gives.

You are paid on the schedule in your agreement. If rent was not collected, the management fee on that rent is $0. The owner statement shows what came in, what was spent, and what was held.

If nonpayment continues, eviction steps are handled as part of full service. Read eviction protection for how that works, and remember the notice rules changed for cases filed on or after January 1, 2026. We follow the current process. We do not give legal advice on this website.
