Property Management Reviews
We do not write our own reviews and we do not put a star rating in the website code. Owners and residents leave reviews on our Google Business Profile. That is the record.
What we hold ourselves to, and what people tend to mention when it is going well: someone answers, the statement matches the invoices, and maintenance is not a mystery. If that is not your experience on a house we manage, call the office and ask for Loran or Jessica.
A useful review, if you choose to write one, is specific. Say whether the lease was explained, whether a repair closed, and whether you could see the charges. A star with no detail does not help the next owner decide. We will not pay you for a review, and we will not hand you a script. If we did, it would not be a review. We also will not argue with you in public about a house. Call the office and we will look at the file.
Before you hire any manager, read the pricing page and the guarantees, then ask for a free rental analysis on your address. A review cannot tell you what your house will rent for, and it cannot tell you whether full service or lease-only fits. The analysis starts that conversation. There is no charge and no obligation to sign. Residents who want a home should use the listings page to see what is actually available, not this page.
The office has been in Round Rock since 2005. Loran Duncan handles client relations. Jessica Duncan is the broker. If you are already a client, the owner portal is still the place to see the statement. This page will not replace it. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 to 5:00, and Friday, 8:30 to noon, at 1 Chisholm Trail Rd Ste 450, or by phone at (512) 990-3551.
Why are there no star ratings on this page?
We do not write our own reviews or invent a rating in the website code. Owners and residents leave reviews on our Google Business Profile.
Can you send me a script for a review?
No. We will not hand you language to paste, and we do not pay for reviews. Specific comments about communication, repairs, and statements are the useful ones.
What if something is going badly on a house you manage?
Call (512) 990-3551 and ask for Loran or Jessica. We would rather hear it directly than read it later. Have the property address ready.
