Our Property Management Guarantees

These are the guarantees published for 512-Society management. The version that controls is the one in your signed agreement. Loran or Jessica will walk through which ones apply before you sign. Nothing on this page changes a contract by itself.

Happiness

You can cancel the management agreement without a cancellation penalty if you want to stop. Notice requirements in the agreement still apply so the resident, the deposits, and the keys are handed off cleanly.

Results

Leasing work, including marketing, screening, paperwork, and the move-in inspection, is done up front. You are not paying a management fee for a vacant month.

Leasing

If a resident we placed does not complete at least nine months of the lease term, we place a new resident without another leasing fee.

30-day rental

If the home is not leased within 30 days, one month of management is free once it is leased and we are being paid.

Pets

For approved pets, up to $1,000 of pet damage beyond the security deposit is covered. The lease and the pet addendum define what counts. This is not a promise to waive a resident's liability.
